This policy explains what information the Warfront Mandate game ("the game", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@warfrontmandate.com.

Playing without an account

You can play the campaigns without an account. Your progress is saved only on your device and is not sent to us.

What we collect if you create an account

• Email address: to sign you in, send your confirmation and password-reset codes, and answer support requests.
• Password: stored only as a secure hash by our account provider; we never see it.
• Commander name: the display name you choose.
• Game record: your XP, level, games played, wins and losses, achievements, and the time and outcome of finished games.

Your commander name, level, XP and number of wins appear on the in-game leaderboard, which other signed-in players can see. Your email address is never shown to anyone.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising ID or device identifiers, and the game contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking.

How it is used and shared

We use this information only to run your account and the game. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. It is processed for us by the service providers that host the game: Supabase (account sign-in and database) and our email delivery provider (confirmation and password-reset emails). All information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information until you delete your account. When you delete it, your email, commander name, level, XP and game record are permanently removed, normally immediately and at the latest within 30 days, including from backups as they expire.

Deleting your account

In the game: More → Player account → Delete account. Or see Delete your account to ask us by email.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting support@warfrontmandate.com. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, which we will honour.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above, and tell players in the game when the change is significant.
